Balade en Provence is an Organic Solid cosmetics brand. We specialise in solid haircare, skincare and bodycare products. All our products are natural, certified organic & Vegan, handmade in France, with compostable packaging (we are truly zero waste). We are a start-up with a great ambition: Make a positive impact on people’s skin and our planet.

Brand proposition:
Most liquid shampoos, liquid hair conditioners and shaving gels contain over 85% water and are
packaged in plastic. Since bacteria strive in water, this forces the laboratories to add preservatives and other chemicals to their formulas. We want to stop this waste, and offer a more natural and ecological alternative to the liquid beauty products. Voilà, we call this movement #MoveToSolid.

Mission:
·      Support the growth of the brand on all administrative and supply matters
·      Responsible for supply and sales forecast + planning
·      Order management, from reception of the orders, to delivery and invoicing
·      Finance control (invoices, purchases)
·      Customer service for online sales
·      Assist on regulatory matters
·      First point of contact for new business inquiries

Profile of candidate :
·      Bilingual or at least very good English level (written and spoken).
·      BTS in “gestion PME-PMI”, Logistics or relevant field
·      We are looking for a young professional seeking an experience in a start-up environment.
·      Good at numbers!
·      Detail oriented, curious, Positive, organized and dynamic
·      Passion for natural beauty
·      Professional experience (even during internships) is an advantage

18 to 24 months Alternance contract.
